Starting from March 24th, in order to ensure effective prevention and control of COVID-19 infection according to the guidelines of the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control, Sun Viet Telecom Informatics Technology Development Joint Stock Company (SVTECH) announces the adjustment of operations in response to the COVID-19 pandemic situation.
This is an annual tournament for the Southern electricity industry, featuring amateur players from the IT power sector.

In Japanese, there is a rather peculiar term “Senmon Baka” (literally translated as “expert idiot,” or in more common terms, “ignorant specialist” or “clueless expert”). Having been with SVTECH for over 9 years, Nguyễn Ngọc Hiếu (SVTECH VP Hanoi) is a familiar name to SVTECHers. Known for his lively and humorous personality, Mr. Hiếu has always been a strong and unique character in his work, whether as a System Engineer or more recently in the BP Security department. Becoming an annual event at SVTECH, every August 3rd, SVTECH women huddle together, chatting excitedly to prepare for a special event held only once a year dedicated to the men.
If in Southern Vietnam, ancient songs and Southern folk songs are considered an indispensable spiritual dish, then the people of Bac Ninh in particular and the Northern region in general are daily preserving a UNESCO-recognized Intangible Cultural Heritage - Quan ho Bac Ninh.

Emotional Connection
Nurturing emotions to build understanding and a humane workplace
In 2020, the people of the Southwest region faced the most severe drought and salinity in history. SVTECH did not stand idly by. After consulting the opinions and contributions of all SVTECHers regarding the location to install the water filtration system to support the people of the Southwest, with a consensus rate of up to 99%, the "land of coconuts" – Ben Tre – officially became the destination for SVTECH's support project. The water filtration system was installed at the Hung Chanh Hamlet Cultural House, Chau Hung Commune, Binh Dai District, Ben Tre Province.
On April 9th, the water filtration system project implemented and installed by SVTECH in Chau Hung Commune, Binh Dai District, Ben Tre Province, was officially handed over and put into use.

In these days, hearing that Saigon is "heavily wounded," we still always believe that the city will steadily step through the pandemic, strong and resilient, just like the way the whole country stood united with Bac Giang to win, thanks to hearts connecting with hearts.
On December 10, representatives of SVTECH company donated 20 laptops worth 150 million VND to students of A Ngo Primary & Secondary School in A Ngo Commune, Dakrong District, Quang Tri Province.
