After two months of TRYING, FEELING, and truly LOVING????
Starting as people who had never practiced Yoga or only knew the basics, SVTECHers determinedly “plunged” into the “30-Day Yoga Challenge” to see what Yoga is all about and why people praise and honor it so much. But after two months of experience, a love has truly blossomed….
And here are some shares from the Club members:
“For me, the more I practice, the more I feel and love yoga as each day brings a new sensation in my body: a more flexible body, a peaceful mind, and a sharper intellect. During the 30-day yoga series, under the enthusiastic and responsible guidance of Ms. Thu and Duy, the whole team felt like they couldn’t give up. Sometimes laziness due to aches or sleepiness arose, but we stuck with it until the end because of everyone’s love for yoga and our own.” (Ms. Tuyet – HR Department)
“…After the 30-day yoga challenge, I now find myself absolutely loving this discipline. My back and neck pain symptoms are gone, my body is visibly stronger and more flexible,… and especially, my hot temper is gradually being controlled, I think more thoroughly, love life more, and no longer feel impatient in whatever I do…” (Ms. Ngoc Huong – Sales Support Department)
“What makes me feel most grateful to our Yoga Club is everyone’s spirit of practice. Not minding the break times or difficult poses, it helps me maintain my spirit and regular practice rhythm, constantly connecting with the sport I love most and which has benefited my health the most over the years. Thanks to the Club, I also learned many other cool and interesting things about yoga…” (Ms. Viet My – HR Department)
And there are many more positive feedbacks as well as commitments to “love yoga forever” from the members in the group.

The SVTECH Yoga Club, under the guidance of Ms. Thu Huynh and Ms. Han Minh Thu, has gone through the first stage with many exciting experiences. Members have learned how to practice basic movements correctly and felt the flexibility and fluidity of Vinyasa Yoga, burned calories with HIIT Yoga, felt a sense of sublimation with Music Yoga, and enjoyed moments of relaxation with Meditation Yoga (sometimes feeling so good they fell asleep ?). The Club has truly become a very effective place to practice, helping SVTECH members improve their physical health every day with the criteria “work hard, play hard and work-out harder.”
After this challenge series will be a promising new journey. Wishing the Club continuous growth and attracting more members to practice together and conquer new heights.
