More energized, more passionate, and more fulfilled—these are the positive feelings shared by SVTECHers after participating in the SVTECH Marathon 20 for a period of time. Having health means having everything; running brings numerous benefits, not only for physical health but also for mental well-being. Running is also a way to train endurance, forge willpower, and conquer personal limits.
Run to be more energized – Painful but extremely satisfying
No pain, no gain; reaching the state of being “energized” is a process of continuous practice with specific goals to strive for. Surpassing your own limits is the motivation to overcome every challenge. Gradually increasing the difficulty is the way to reach that “energized” state. Choose a suitable distance and pace to start, then increase the difficulty and integrate it into an improvement roadmap.
Fat must burn + Muscles must be firm = A hot body

When you first start running, your muscles can be very sore, but with regular practice, the result is more satisfying than “making love.” Women will find themselves with a more attractive body, while men will find themselves with a stronger physique. “For an attractive body, don’t ditch any running session, guys”—this is the phrase Male SVTECHers use to “lure” Female SVTECHers into actively participating in regular running.
Being an expert is not as good as taking every opportunity
Work is piles high and time is limited, but SVTECHers still find ways to run or walk whenever possible. Some take the opportunity to run to appointments, others utilize their lunch break to run while picking up food… Countless ways to take the opportunity to reach the goal.

Advice from some experts
VTECH experts have shared the following tips for an effective running session:
- Choose the right pair of shoes that provide the most comfort while running.
- Do not overexert yourself; slow down or walk to recover strength when needed.
- Ensure proper nutrition before and after practice, and always drink enough water.
- Maintain practice and challenge yourself with higher running goals.
- Find a companion to run with.
Emotions soar when we are together.

Since the race started, SVTECHers have become more loving and united because they constantly invite each other to walk or run to complete the challenge. Every time work ends, SVTECHers call out to each other to stay and run together for fun. Striding together in unity, encouraging one another to forget the fatigue.
Lace up your shoes and run!
Spending time and practicing with regular frequency will bring significant improvement. Having health is having everything; does anyone want to join the SVTECH house?
