Mô tả công việc
- Sourcing & Screening Talent Candidate: Post job openings, search for candidates, and filter suitable candidate CVs on various channels.
- Contact and set up interview schedules, and participate in interviews to evaluate candidates.
- Archive files and update candidate information in the system.
- Receive comprehensive training on recruitment, and directly participate in the recruitment process.
- Support Employer Branding/Recruitment Marketing
- Collaborate with the recruitment team on related tasks.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Third-year or final-year student, majoring in Human Resources Management, Economics, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Passionate about and interested in learning in the field of human resources.
- Ability to write articles and content marketing/designer
- Eager to learn, quick-witted, careful, able to withstand high work pressure.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in MS Office software and internet applications.
