Job Description
- Participate in preparing and completing bidding documents in accordance with the requirements of each tender package.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, and Project Management departments to collect information and documents, ensuring bidding dossiers are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
- Handle procedures for purchasing tender documents, submitting bids, and monitoring the bidding process.
- Track the progress of tender packages and update/handle arising issues during the bidding process.
- Prepare company profiles and quotations as requested by the Sales team and clients.
- Manage, store, and update the company’s bidding documents and records.
- Monitor and update legal regulations and documents related to bidding activities.
- Coordinate with partners, vendors, and suppliers to collect necessary documents for bid preparation.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, or Information Technology.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales support or bidding is an advantage; fresh candidates will be trained.
- Basic understanding of bidding documents, quotations, and contracts is a plus.
- Careful, logical thinker with strong attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.
- Good teamwork and coordination skills, with the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong document drafting, management, and filing skills.
- English proficiency: TOEIC ≥ 600 or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet applications; proactive in learning and applying AI tools to improve efficiency in document processing and office tasks.
