Sales Executive Trainee

Job Description:

• Assist in completing documentation related to contracts, quotations, bidding documents, and other materials for transactions with both domestic and international partners
• Support drafting, finalizing, and negotiating contracts with domestic and international partners
• Print documents, edit files, and prepare contract-related and other assigned materials
• Enter data into the system in accordance with company regulations
• Contact and meet clients for document signing and work discussions
• Perform other administrative procedures as required by the company
• Participate in workshops/training sessions on contract negotiation with domestic and international partners

Job Requirements:

• Final-year students majoring in Economics, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or related fields
• Preferred: Knowledge of international commercial terms (e.g., Incoterms), international payments, and legal aspects; able to work full-time
• Willing to learn, proactive, careful, and able to work under high pressure
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Good English proficiency (TOEIC ≥ 600)
• Proficient in MS Office and internet applications
