SVTECH collaborated with lecturers from several universities in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to organize a seminar with the theme “Go-Believe-Love.”
Accordingly, on the morning of November 26, at the company’s headquarters, we were honored to welcome over 30 students and a lecturer from the Department of Electronics and Telecommunications of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (Bach Khoa).

TRAVELING BROADENS THE MIND
Curiosity, a hunger for learning, and the enthusiasm of youth—the students brought a breath of fresh air to SVTECH.
Besides witnessing the actual workspace and environment at SVTECH firsthand, students were also given insights by seniors with many years of experience in the industry regarding opportunities, challenges, and the sad-happy stories after years in the profession. Their reactions ranged from excitement to surprise, and even amazement after hearing the shares.

First was the overview presentation by Mr. Hoang Hai Liem – Solution Consultant, about trending products and solutions that businesses will implement in the near future.

Through his sharing, the students clearly identified the specific professional knowledge requirements of the industry.
SVTECH – Our working environment
During the tour of SVTECH’s departments, the students received direct insights from the heads of the Network and System departments.
A particular attraction for the young people was the enthusiastic sharing from Mr. Nguyen Trung Hieu, Head of the System Department, about the LAB’s operating system as well as the overall work of the department.
The biggest surprise was perhaps the sharing regarding the choice between pursuing Graduate School or going to work to gain experience. Besides Mr. Hieu, the youth also received advice from Le Doan Son Nguyen—a young engineer who just graduated but has already participated in many tough projects in the System field; it was the students themselves who motivated him to share his heart.
GO-BELIEVE-LOVE TO SUCCEED!
Ms. Huynh Nguyet Thu – SVTECH Chief Operating Officer, is a person dedicated and passionate about human development. approachable and vibrant, she provided suggestions to help students answer their questions:
- What is my passion?
- What am I best at, and how can I find out?
From there, they could clearly define their striving goals and approach methods to create the best impression with businesses.
In addition, she shared self-development orientations with the young participants. This was not only to achieve results in the work they are best at but also to accurately answer the question “Who am I?”—to become a happy person with Career – Family – Friends – Physical well-being.
An exceptional tour was created not only by the novelty of SVTECH’s professional and open working environment but also thanks to the enthusiastic exchange of ideas from the students themselves. And especially, we cannot forget the enthusiastic support from Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ha Hoang Kha as well as the Department of Electronics and Telecommunications of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.
