On October 13, SVTECH, in collaboration with Stonebranch and Rackspace Technology, organized a workshop titled “Multi-Cloud Orchestration” to update customers on trend-driven solutions in Automation and Information Security.
This was an opportunity for all three parties—SVTECH, the vendors, and customers—to exchange and discuss technologies as well as emerging needs and challenges faced by enterprises.
Beginning the main content of the workshop, Mr. Văn Thành Hòa, Solution Consultant Expert at SVTECH, presented the Service Orchestration and Automation Platforms (SOAP) solution.
He outlined the development of IT Automation solutions and the IT trends influencing businesses, leading to the introduction of the SOAP solution to address these challenges.
“According to Gartner’s assessment, by 2024, 80% of organizations using automation tools will shift to SOAP to orchestrate cloud-based workloads. They need to collect and consolidate data, move information across systems, and most importantly, automate in real time,” he added.
The core characteristics of a SOAP solution and the advantages of Stonebranch’s SOAP technology were also notable updates at this workshop.
Another key topic that attracted strong interest from customers was “Modern Security Operations – Rackspace Elastic Engineer,” presented in detail by Mr. Jenk Balikcioglu (APJ Rackspace, Head of Business – Private Cloud).
Within the workshop, Mr. Hoàng Hải Liêm (Head of Solution, SVTECH) also shared SVTECH’s customer-centric approach to service delivery.
Specifically, SVTECH is moving toward an approach that prioritizes customer needs and experiences, investing in journey mapping and customer experience design to deliver suitable services and build long-term partnerships
The workshop concluded with an engaging Q&A session between enterprises and experts, bringing valuable knowledge, useful information, and future opportunities for multi-dimensional collaboration.
