Reflecting on the Journey of “Moonlight Smiles 2024” and the Hopes Ahead

In the Mid-Autumn Festival of 2024, SVTECH was honored to accompany the 20th “Moonlight Smiles” charity program, bringing joy to 800 disadvantaged children at shelters across Ho Chi Minh City. This is an annual charitable initiative organized by the Những Người Bạn Club.

As one of the main sponsors, SVTECH provided 800 gift sets for the children, each including:

• 01 school backpack
• 01 set of notebooks (10 books)

A representative from SVTECH took the stage to receive a certificate of appreciation from the Organizing Committee of “Moonlight Smiles 2024”.

The total budget for this activity amounted to 90 million VND. Through collective contributions, SVTECHers donated 16,100,000 VND. Together with additional support from the labor union fund, the company transferred the full amount to the Organizing Committee to purchase gifts for the children

The children’s joyful smiles lit up the event.

In addition to financial contributions, many SVTECHers actively volunteered to help pack gifts, deliver them to the children, and support activities during the GALA night. Some members also expressed the desire to donate children’s books, which is expected to take place in the coming weeks when the program visits the children at Ky Quang 2 Pagoda.

Beyond receiving gifts, the children enjoyed various games…
and wrote down their own wishes… though many wishes were not for themselves.

SVTECH extends its heartfelt gratitude to all SVTECHers who contributed and shared their kindness to bring happiness to the children. We hope that SVTECH’s journey of spreading love will continue to grow with many meaningful charitable activities in the future. Together, we can brighten even more “Moonlight Smiles” for the children and bring greater positive impact to the community.
