1. Job Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Inter/Senior) is responsible for owning the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the company hires the right talent, for the right roles, at the right time, with a strong focus on IT positions.
This role acts as a strategic partner to Hiring Managers, driving hiring quality and recruitment effectiveness.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Talent Acquisition (Core – ~80%)
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closing
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define hiring needs, success profiles, and recruitment strategies
- Build and develop talent pipelines, especially for hard-to-fill IT roles
- Assess candidates effectively through interviews and appropriate evaluation methods
- Manage candidate pipeline and experience, maintaining strong relationships with potential talents
- Drive the offer process: consult, negotiate, and improve offer acceptance rates
- Track and optimize recruitment performance (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, conversion rates)
B. HR Support (Optional – ~20%)
- Support onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new hires
- Contribute to employee engagement activities when required
- Provide market insights to support compensation and benefits decisions
2. Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with strong exposure to IT hiring
- Proven ability to work closely with Hiring Managers and provide hiring consultation
- Strong expertise in sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn, networking, headhunting)
- Solid skills in interviewing, candidate assessment, and offer negotiationGood understanding of talent market trends and salary benchmarks
- Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English
