The Human Resource Generalist will be in charge of HR-related functions on a professional level. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Talent Acquisition, compensation & benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation.
- Talent Acquisition:
- Identify resource needs, design job descriptions for posting.
- Source potential candidates through diverse channels
- Screen CVs, process the interview discuss offers.
- Participate in Employer Branding initiatives
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Manage talent pool
- General Employee Management:
- Conduct employee onboarding, follow up KPI and training program
- Administer the compensation & benefits program
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
- Engage, align and inspire employees via internal communication and employee engagement
- Other HR tasks assigned by HR manager.
- Training & Development:
- Liaise with department heads to identify the training needs
- Arrange logistics and conduct the training courses
- Monitor the progress and report
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields.
- Strong Knowledge & experience in talent acquisition, especially in IT industry as a plus
- Understand of HR best practices and current regulations
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence.
- A high level of personal integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and organizational skills
- Good English communication skills
